Reentry Resources

CP4I provides reentry navigation and coordination for men and women returning home to their families/communities after incarceration.  We believe that involvement by community-based organizations is essential to healthy personal reintegration and community safety.

CP4I is active in the Pomona Regional Reentry Partnership, an affiliate of the long-standing Los Angeles Regional Reentry Partnership. Rev. Nora Jacob, CP4I’s Restorative Justice Director, represents us in these efforts.

In addition, we are a co-founder and organizer of monthly Parole And Community Team (PACT) meetings since 2015 for those recently paroled from prison. We network with the Pomona Adult Parole (CDCR) office, the Pomona Day Reporting Center/GEO Reentry, and many community organizations to facilitate and connect those with lived experience with what they need as their next steps:

  • Housing

  • Employment

  • Education

  • Health/Mental Health (including recovery, anger management, etc.)

  • Community Support (faith organizations, volunteer opportunities, etc.)

  • Family Strengthening

  • Voter Engagement

PACT meetings in person are currently suspended due to COVID-19, but reentry navigation remains strong. For additional information, please contact Rev. Nora Jacob at 909.764.8567.
